Theresa E. Bliss

Theresa E. Bliss - A beloved wife, mother, sister, and grandmother, passed away peacefully at home in Ocean Springs, MS, surrounded by her loving family after a courageous battle with cancer on Wednesday, November 29, 2023.

Born in Poland on March 26, 1945, Theresa was a beacon of light in the lives of all those fortunate enough to know her. Known for her caring nature and vibrant personality, she had a remarkable ability to brighten everyone's day. Throughout her life, Theresa and her husband moved to various places, but no matter where they went, she effortlessly forged deep bonds of friendship with those around her.

Theresa found great joy in spending time at the local casinos, enjoying the excitement that came with each visit. Her cheerful disposition and kindheartedness endeared her to everyone she met.

One of Theresa's proudest accomplishments was being a grandmother to her grandsons. She cherished the time spent with them and showered them with love and affection. Her presence in their lives will be deeply missed.

Theresa is survived by her loving husband of 60 years Robert Bliss; devoted son Robert (Caroline) Bliss; caring daughter Michelle (Tom) Roman; supportive sister Christine (John) Sidorko; and adoring grandsons Kyle Roman and Chris Roman as well as several nieces, nephews and many friends.  Her parents preceded her in death.

Theresa E. Bliss will always be remembered for her boundless kindness, infectious laughter, and unwavering love for her family and friends. She leaves behind a legacy of warmth, compassion, and joy. May her soul find eternal peace.

Visitation will be held on Monday, December 4, 2023, from 3:00 PM until the time of services at 4:00 PM at Riemann Funeral Home, 13872 Lemoyne Blvd, West Jackson County in Biloxi.
