Timothy Mohon

Timothy Van Mohon, age 55, of Biloxi, passed away on March 14, 2020 in Gulfport.

Mr. Mohon, sometimes known as “The Mule”, was a multitalented musician.  He played in the two local bands, the Batnicks, and Change to Eden.  He enjoyed playing Blues and Rock for over 40 years.  He played lead guitar, bass guitar, drums, and sang vocals.  He will be remembered fondly as a great storyteller.

Tim was preceded in death by his parents, Lex, Sr. and Kaye Mohon; his two brothers, Lex Mohon, Jr. and Keith Mohon.

He is survived by his son, Rory (Lisa) Mohon; his daughter, Lily Turner; his nephews, Ry Mohon and Lex Mohon, III.

A Celebration of Life will be held at 9:30 a.m., Thursday, March 19, 2020, at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 274 Beauvoir Road, Biloxi, with a visitation starting a 9:00 a.m. for family and friends.  Burial will follow at Floral Hills Cemetery in Gulfport.
