Odell Cuevas, Jr.

Odell J. Cuevas, Jr., age 73, of Saucier, passed away on May 23, 2020.

Mr. Cuevas was born in Pass Christian to Odell J. Cuevas, Sr. and Hazel Dean Woodcock Cuevas. He was a dedicated hard worker who would give the shirt off his back to anyone in need. He will be remembered as an avid Saints fan, a loving husband, father, and grandfather, and one who met no stranger.

He was preceded in death by daughter, Diane Truesdell; parents; two brothers and two sisters.

He is survived by his wife, Belinda Faye Cowart Cuevas; children, Odell Cuevas (Jean), Ronnie Cuevas (Anna), and Donald Cuevas; siblings, Richard Cuevas, Dolores Osbon; grandchildren, Rebecca Cuevas, Sarah Cuevas, Abbey Rose Cuevas, Kayla Cuevas, William Truesdell, Brian Truesdell, Elizabeth Turner, Nicholas Lynch, Daniel Cuevas, and Clark Clark; and 10 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 26, 2020, at Wolf River Cemetery for family an hour prior to graveside services. Friends may view via Live Stream at 10:00 am at www.riemannfamily.com on Mr. Cuevas' dedicated tribute page. If the live feed doesn't produce a seamless production, the video will be uploaded to his site later in the day following the service.
