Mildred Louise Minyard Bradford, 95, passed away peacefully on January 5, 2021. Born on April 7, 1925 in Maben, MS, she lived her adult life in Jackson, MS, and the last 45 years on the MS Gulf Coast.
Mildred was preceded in death by her parents Ora Mae and Ottie Lee Minyard; brothers, Marvin Lee Minyard and Larry Minyard; her husband of 50 years, Herman Bradford; and her only son, Lanny Bradford, and his wife Katherine Bradford.
Survivors include her two granddaughters, Lisa Capell (John) of Montgomery, AL, and Andrea Bradford of Long Beach, MS; great grandpups Biscuit and Lulu; sister-in-law Clois Minyard of Madison, MS; and many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held on January 9th for immediate family.
The family deeply appreciates the wonderful staff of Gulfport Care Center, and the kind and caring nurses of Kare-in-Home Hospice.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be sent to First Baptist Church Long Beach, 300 N Cleveland Avenue, Long Beach, MS 39560, or a charity of your choice.
The RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, Long Beach, is serving the family.
