Marvin George Fulton, age 86, passed away peacefully in the presence of his wife of 63 years, Hessie Sullivan Fulton, and family on Thursday, February 3, 2011, in Wiggins, Mississippi. Born on March 31, 1924, in Preston, Marvin was a long-time resident of Saucier and formerly of Ocean Springs. A member of McHenry First Baptist Church, he was formerly a deacon of First Baptist
Church of Ocean Springs, where he served on the building committee and in many other ways.
Marvin was a true patriot, having served in the CCC as well as the United States Army. He was preceded in death by his parents, George Heuston Fulton and Vadie Luke Fulton; two brothers, Harry Miller Fulton and Earl (Linda Fulton Spence) Fulton; and one sister, Imogene (Frank) Edwards.

Wayne Flurry, pastor of McHenry Baptist Church, and a Masonic ""graveside service"" by members of the J. L. Power Masonic Lodge of Perkinston, where Marvin had served as treasurer and in other offices. Interment will be at Biloxi National Cemetery at 11:00 a.m. with full military honors.
While floral remembrances are appreciated, limited there, the family feels that more lasting and meaningful tributes may be made, the Marvin G.
