Karen Holliman

Karen Ann Holliman, age 67, passed away on January 17, 2021 in Perkinston, MS.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Latterer Norvell Montague and Shirley F. Nelson Montague; daughter, Shirley Holliman; and grandson, Austin Pratt.

She leaves behind her husband, Ernest “Ernie” Holliman; three children, Ernest Holliman, Jr. (Anjelica), Joelene Pratt (Andrew), Nicholas “Nick” Holliman (Aerail); brother, David Monague (Melissa); sister, Debbie Holliman (Jimmy); 10 grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

Karen was a resident of Perkinston, Mississippi and worked as an assistant teacher at Stone County Elementary School. She will be missed by many family and friends. Her family also wants to mention that she loved Walmart and Walmart will miss her too!

Visitation for family and friends will be held Thursday, January 21, 2021 from 1:00 – 2:00 PM at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport, followed by the funeral service at 2:00 PM. Burial will be at Dobson Holliman Cemetery, Gulfport.
