Jean Hagerty Tincher,of Long Beach, MS, passed away peacefully on January 10, 2022 in Gulfport, MS.

She was born in Attleboro, MA on February 19, 1942, to Joseph Hagerty and Grace Davenport, both deceased. She is preceded in death by her husband of over 31 years, Drewey A. Tincher.

She is survived by her daughters, Tracy O'Neill Martin (Thomas), Maureen Bucksath (Mark), and Kelly O'Neill Russell; eight grandchildren, Nicole Boda (Kevin), Kyle Scott, Emily Blachura (Brenden), Sarah Nichols, Brandon Russell, Morgan Russell, Patrick Conahan, and Sean Conahan; six great grandchildren, Brody Boda, Tucker Boda, Josephine Boda, Adalyn Blachura, Jack Blachura and Emily Morgan; her sister Susan Luppens (Patrick); and numerous cousins and extended family members.

Jean was a lifelong educator and avid quilter. She spent over 30 dedicated years teaching in the Long Beach school district. She was also passionately involved in the local quilting community. Family and friends are invited to celebrate her life on Tuesday, January 18, 2022 at 11:00 AM-1:00 PM  at Riemann Family Funeral Home, 19130 Commission Road, Long Beach. Final interment will take place for family members at National Cemetery Biloxi, MS.
