Evelyn Smith

Evelyn Freeman Smith, age 91, passed away November 28, 2021. She was a native to Fairfox, Alabama.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Floyd M. Smith; her father, Oscar Brown Freeman; her mother, Rose Wallace Freeman; grandfather, Jacob F. Freeman; grandmother, Francis Painter Freeman; grandfather, John Robinson Wallace; grandmother, Delilah Hodge Wallace; her brothers, James Freeman and Everett Freeman; her sisters, Helen Freeman Dubuisson, Pauline Freeman Barris, and Joan Freeman Sherrell.

Evelyn is survived by her son, Floyd J. Smith; her daughter Joyce M. Lander; her grandchildren Marvin Smith and Teresa Smith; and 7 great-grandchildren.

A graveside funeral service will be at 2:00 pm, Thursday, December 2, 2021, at Union Baptist Church Cemetery.
