Deborah Mott

Deborah Ann Mott, age 64, of Pass Christian, MS, passed away on Saturday, June 12, 2021, in Pass Christian.
Debbie was the proud business owner of Top to Bottom Cleaning for 26 years where her customers became not only friends but family. She enjoyed gardening and enjoying the outdoors on her porch sipping a good cup of coffee, but her favorite thing was watching her grandchildren grow and attending every one of their events and just being "Nana" to them. If you knew Debbie, you never had to meet her grandchildren to feel like you knew them.
She loved attending church and worshipping our Lord at Cedar Lake Christian Assembly where she attended regularly.
Debbie was preceded in death by her father, James Raymond Culpepper and her stepfather, Odis Simmons. Survivors include her mother, Jeanette Culpepper Simmons; her children, Jillian (Bjorn) Griswold and Miranda Shamblin; her grandchildren, Jaida Trotter, Evyn Trotter and Nicholas Mott; her siblings, Carolyn Faye (Fred) Edwards of Jonesboro, Arkansas, and Susan (Kenny) Bailey of Pass Christian; and by other loving nieces, nephews, and friends.
There are many reflections and heartfelt tributes from family and friends. Jillian shares, "You will be missed greatly and forever in our hearts. We love you to the heaven skies. Until we meet again. I love you mom."
Debbie religiously participated every month at the St. Martin Food Pantry. For memorial contributions, the family request you contact them to coordinate contributions to the food pantry.
Friends are invited to join the family for a Celebration of Life on Friday, June 18th at Cedar Lake Church, 11555 Cedar Lake Road, Biloxi. Visitation will be held from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m., with the service to follow at 5:00 p.m.
