Wilma Dorris Mullins, age 91, of Gulfport, earned her Angel Wings on Monday, November 12, 2018 two days shy of her 92nd Birthday.
She was a native of Louin, MS but had been a resident of Gulfport since 1960 and was a member of First Baptist Church of Gulfport. Dorris spent her time on the coast waitressing at many of the past popular restaurants including the Broadwater Marina Restaurant, where she was known for her witty personality and entertained customers with her jokes. Dorris spent her retirement years enjoying family. She especially enjoyed her daily talks with her sister, Bobbie Nell Henderson, and couldn't wait for their next travel adventure.
Mrs. Mullins was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Herbert M. Mullins; her parents; and her 6 siblings.
She is survived by her daughters, Rebecca Watros (Mark) and Brenda Beck; a son, Brian Mullins (Stacey); 12 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren, and other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be on Thursday, November 15, 2018, from 10 am - 12 pm at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 19130 Commission Road, Long Beach. The funeral service will be at 12 noon in the funeral home chapel. Interment will be in Biloxi National Cemetery.
