William "Billy" Carroll

William “Billy” A. Carroll, Sr., age 80, passed away on November 9, 2022 in Pass Christian, Mississippi.

He was born in Gulfport, Mississippi to William H. and Mary E. Carroll on March 27, 1942. He was a longtime resident of Pass Christian. He worked as a commercial fisherman and a truck driver. He was the patriarch of a large family, and a friend & mentor to many.

He is preceded in death by his two wives, Patsy Carroll and Delores Carroll; and grandson Blake Carroll.

He is survived by seven children, Donna Martin (Mark) of Plymouth, WI, Margaret Ann Necaise (Johnny) of Pass Christian, Danny Parker of Somerset, KY, Sherry Marie Brown (Steve) of Long Beach, Billie Joe Husley (Phillip) of Saucier, William “Bill” Carroll Jr. (Bridgett) of Pass Christian, Angel Louderback (Chris) of Saucier; and his faithful companion, Little Bit.; 15 grandchildren, Jeremy Martin, Chelsea Martin, Jessica Lee, Tiffany Necaise, Jarrod Necaise, Ally Nalley, Nate Parker, Michael Brown, Heather Dyess, Anthony Husley, Ashley Reese, Brooke Carney, Emilie Louderback, Jacob Louderback; 25 great grandchildren; one great great grandchild; a sister, Mary Helen Norris (Wesley) of Foley, AL; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation for family and friends will be held at 5:00 – 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, November 10, 2022 at Riemann Family Funeral Home, 9113 Kiln DeLisle Rd. Pass Christian. Funeral services will be on Friday, November 11, 2022 at 10:00 a.m., with visitation one hour prior. Burial will follow at Gulf Pines Memorial Gardens in Long Beach.
