William Sangree

William Wallace Sangree, age 70, of Gulfport, passed away on April 22, 2018.
He was born in Michigan and was raised in Pass Christian.  Wallace enlisted in the U.S. Navy and was stationed in Japan during the Vietnam War.  He continued to live in Japan and worked civil service at Yokosuka Navy Base before returning to reside in Gulfport.
He is survived by his sisters, Candace (Terry) Hurst and Pamela (Lee) Bertrand; a nephew, Andrew (Tonya) Hurst; a niece, Melanie Holter; great-nephews and great-nieces, Drew and Allie Hurst and Quinton and Emma Holter; and his good friend, Jerry Holter.
The family extends special thanks and appreciation to the Biloxi VA for their wonderful care of Wallace.
A graveside service will be held at 11 am on Saturday, April 28, 2018 at Southern Memorial Park in Biloxi.
