William "Billy" Calvin Sample, III, age 37, of Gulfport, passed away on May 28, 2019.
Billy was born and lived in the city of Gulfport. Billy loved to work on cars and he used that talent as his profession. He was known for being able to work on and fix anything. He loved all types of cars, especially fast cars. He was a very talented man, an artist in many perspectives. He has many drawings and portraits as well as being a tattoo artist. Billy loved to take sunrise pictures at the beach and enjoyed fishing.
Billy was a loving son, brother, father, and friend to many.
He was preceded in death by his grandfather, William Calvin Sample Sr. and his uncle, Bryan Sample.
He is survived by his children, William Calvin Sample, IV, Taylor Mackenzie Andes, and Addalynn Kae Switzer; his parents,
Teresa Bailey, stepfather Kevin Bailey, and his father William C. Sample, Jr; siblings, Lisa Marie Ball, brother-in-law Scott Keith Ball, and step brother Matthew Bailey; his
grandmother, Joan Sample; and his nieces, Aaliyah Ball and Kylee Ball; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and extended family members.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, June 3, 2019, at Church of the King, Biloxi, Cedar Lake Road.
The time for services will be 3:00-5:00 PM.
