William """"Bill"""" Clarence Miller, Jr., age 68, died on Saturday, August 26, 2006 in Long Beach.
Mr. Miller was born in Owensboro, KY on December 8, 1937 to William Clarence Miller, Sr. and Frances McCoy Miller. Mr. Miller was a computer aided designer for the Chrysler Corporation in the Electronic Division. He was a Catholic and a US Marine veteran.
Mr. Miller is preceded in death by his parents, two brothers, Gene Miller and Larry Miller. He is survived by his loving wife, Janice Moore Miller of Gulfport; his sons, David Miller of Virginia, Doug (Lori) Miller of Huntsville, AL, Dennis Miller of Chicago, IL, Eric Langa of Mt. Vernon, IL, and Steven (Jeannie) Langa of Woodlawn, IL; his daughter, Susan (David) LaRosa of Long Beach; his brothers, Ronnie Miller of Short Creek, KY and Joe Miller of Virginia; his sister, Cheryl Story of Woodstock, GA; his aunt and uncle, Jess and Tootie Burnette of Cloverport, KY; his first wife, the former Doris O'Block and eight grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 29, 2006 from 6-8pm at Wallace-Burns Funeral Home, 208 E. Main Street, Cloverport, KY 40111. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 30, 2006 at 11:00am at St. Rose Catholic Church with burial in Cloverport Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial contributions be made to Gulfport Memorial Hospice, P.O. Box 1810, Gulfport, MS 39502 or to St. Thomas Catholic Church Re-Building Fund, P.O. Box 1529, Long Beach, MS 39560.
