William Kramer

William Ralph Kramer, age 63, passed away on Friday, November 9, 2018 in Biloxi, MS.
Bill was born on April 22, 1955 in Fort Smith, Arkansas and was a resident of Biloxi. He graduated from Southside High School in 1973 and then earned his Associate Nursing degree from Westark Junior College.
Bill was a Captain in the U.S. Air Force, serving from 1982 to 1994. He was stationed in Lakenheath, England from 1984 to 1988, where he met his wife, Mary. He served as an evacuation nurse during Desert Storm.
Bill was employed as a RN at the VA Medical Center in Biloxi, MS. He enjoyed scuba diving, swimming, kite flying, and he was a gamer, loved gadgets and anything electronic. He was a fan of the Arkansas Razorbacks and the Dallas Cowboys and he loved playing cards with his family & friends. Bill was a member of the American Legion.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Dr. Ralph Kramer and Delores Kramer; and his son, Colin Christopher Kramer.
Survivors include his wife, Mary Kramer of Biloxi; his siblings, Karen Stuart of Dallas, TX, Dr. Steven Kramer of Las Vegas, NV and Kenneth Kramer of Houston, TX; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Bill will be sadly missed by his family and friends. "Who will now help us all with our electronics!!!"
A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held Monday, November 12, 2018 from 10:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 274 Beauvoir Road, Biloxi, MS. Bill will be laid to rest at a later date at Oak Cemetery in Fort Smith, AR.
In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Humane Society of South MS (www.hssm.org).
