William Paul Joyce, age 87, a native of Vincennes, IN and a resident of Gulfport, passed away Wednesday, September 28, 2016 in Gulfport.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Johnson Joyce; and his parents, Morris Joyce and Ruth Bell Joyce.
William is survived by his children, William H. Joyce of Columbus, OH, Virginia Nobles of Pensacola, FL, Joseph Joyce (Denise), and Mary Joyce both of Gulfport; his siblings, Robert C. Joyce, James Joyce (Shirley), Daniel Joyce (Pat) all of Vincennes, IN, and David Joyce (Carol) of Manchester, OH; his nine grandchildren, and his four great-grandchildren.
William served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War and worked in civil service at Keesler AFB for 26 years.
He passed away peacefully and surrounded by his family.
A funeral service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 1, 2016 at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport with a visitation for family and friends beginning at 9:30 a.m. Burial will follow in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
