William Sylvester Fayard

William Sylvester Fayard, a lifelong resident of Woolmarket, passed away on July 25, 2012 at the age of 86.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William David and Olga Fayard; his siblings, Edith Wooley, Laura Griffin, Boots Bunch, and Henry Frisa.
He is survived by his wife of 65 years, Ollie Faye Lee Fayard; his son, William David Fayard; his daughter, Janice Faye (Chris) Laut; his grandchildren, Lauren and Regan Fayard, Leslee Curry, and David Morrow; and his great grandchildren, Krysten and Trevor Curry and Rose and Liam Morrow.
Mr. Fayard retired from Olin Aluminum and was a WWII veteran serving with the Merchant Marines in the Pacific conflict. He is a member of the Coalville United Methodist Church, Woolmarket.
The funeral service will be held on Friday, July 27, 2012 at 11:00 AM at the Coalville United Methodist Church with a visitation from 9:00 AM until the service. Burial will follow at Coalville Cemetery.
