On Friday, September 6, 2013, Bill Bostick's heart was gently passed into the hands of his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ from the tender, caring hands of the Memorial Hospital Intensive Care Unit in Gulfport, MS.
Bill was 72 years old and was born in Dallas, Texas, but spent most of his life in the New Orleans area working in the oilfield construction field. He retired from Grand Isle Shipyard and settled in Gulfport, MS. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Orange Grove in Gulfport where he served as the music and song director.
He is survived by his loving wife of 55 years, Bobbie Bostick; his son, Rick Bostick and his wife, Dianna; three daughters, BeaAnn Cox and her husband, Mike, Candy Walsh and her husband, Barry, and Stephanie Bourgeois and her husband, Steve; eight grandchildren; four great grandchildren; a sister, Karen Beale and her husband, Bill; and a brother, Teddy Bostick and his wife, Hazel.

The funeral service will be held on Sunday, September 8, 2013 at 3:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Orange Grove, Gulfport with a visitation for family and friends from 1:00 PM until the service. Burial will follow at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens, Gulfport.
