William "Billy" Necaise, Jr.

William “Billy” Necaise, Jr., age 84 of Bay St. Louis, passed away on Monday, April 28, 2025.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 60 years, Beverly Shiyou Necaise, and his parents, Freddie Necaise, Marge Daly Necaise Smith, Whitney Carvin and Lucille Necaise Carvin.

Billy is survived by his daughter, Roxanne Necaise Cavataio of Kiln, MS; his son, Freddie (Jeanne) Necaise of Bay St. Louis; his sister, Mary Hancock of Long Beach, MS; his grandchildren, Michael Ryan Cavataio of Diamondhead, MS and Whitney Necaise of Bay St. Louis, MS and numerous nieces and nephews.

Billy was born and grew up in Pass Christian, MS, but was a resident of Bay St. Louis. He retired from the Port of Gulfport as a longshoreman after 40 years. He was very proud of his grandchildren and enjoyed spoiling them. There will be a private burial at Bayou Coco Cemetery, Kiln, MS at a later date.
