Obituary

William “Bill” Earl Niolet, age 82 of Pass Christian, passed away on Friday, June 12, 2026.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Irvin and Velma Dubuisson and his wife, Gola “Ann” Niolet.

Bill is survived by his youngon’s, Sunny (Dale) Yeager, Connie (Craig) Crosby, Gregory Shultz, Theresa Breland, Jackson (Erika) Niolet, Carl (Brooke) Wilson, Paige Patterson; his grand youngon’s, Chad (Arianna) Oustalet, Brennan (Nicole) Oustalet, Trey Crosby, Amber Crosby, Brayden Breland, Shane Carr, Caleb Trahan, Brylee (Jade) Niolet, Mason (Trisha) Niolet, Skyler Wilson, Harper Wilson, Carson Wilson, Shawn Necaise, Jordan Jarrell and Kiro Khadaroo and four great-grand youngon’s, Brielle Oustalet, Cliff Oustalet, Annaliese Niolet and Rowan Woods Niolet.

Born and raised in the Dedeaux Community, Bill made his home in Pass Christian, where he spent his entire adult life. Following high school, he became a master carpenter and earned a reputation throughout the Coast for his exceptional craftsmanship in building custom homes. His work stood as a testament to his skill, dedication, and attention to detail, making him a highly sought-after builder.

When he wasn’t constructing homes, Bill enjoyed woodworking and created countless beautiful pieces of furniture that reflected his talent and creativity. He also found great satisfaction in tending his garden and caring for the many animals that shared his property, including cats, dogs, chickens, and ducks.

A hardworking and devoted craftsman, Bill continued working well into his mid-70s, a reflection of his strong work ethic and passion for his trade. Bill was deeply loved and will be greatly missed by all who knew him.

In accordance with his wishes, no services will be held at this time.
