Wendy Parsons Sorbet

Wendy Parsons Sorbet, 69, of Gulfport, passed away Friday, June 16, 2023.

Wendy was a native of Chalmette, LA, and a graduate of Andrew Jackson High School. She worked for BellSouth, Corp., U. S. District Court, and at the Early Education Child Development Center in Harrison County.

Wendy was preceded in death by her parents, George Parsons, and Janet Willy Parsons.

She is survived by her husband of 33 years, Joseph Sorbet, Jr.; her son, Thomas Joseph (TJ) Sorbet; and two sisters, Debbie Parsons Strother, and Cathy Parsons.

A celebration of Wendy’s life will be held 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, Thursday, June 29, 2023, at Bayou View Baptist Church, 4709 Chamberlain Avenue, Gulfport, MS.

In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the A.S.P.C.A in honor of Wendy Parsons Sorbet.
