Virginia Fayard Olsen, age 84, passed away Wednesday, August 29, 2018, in Bay St. Louis.
She was preceded in death by her father, Leonard Fayard; mother and step-father, Edna Garcia Whitehead and Willis Whitehead; husband, J.W. Olsen; son, Carl Olsen; daughter, Mary Olsen; brothers, Ralph Fayard and Robert Fayard.
She is survived by her daughter, Kathy Martin (Bill) of Gulfport; sisters, Leathia Williams and Nathalie Corley; brother, Gary Fayard; grandchildren, Janice Cospelich, Tammy Pucheu, Amy Spells, D. J. Gray (Mimi), and Ryan Olsen (Melissa); great-grandchildren, Arielle Pucheu, Nashaun Pucheu, Ashley Pucheu Tuck, Briana Pucheu, Colton Ray, Heather Cospelich, Candis Gray, Danica Gray, Johnathan Gray, Reese Olsen, and Caden Olsen; great-great grandchildren, Dylan and Saylor Hamilton, Braydon Jackson, Don Russell, and Kenley Tuck; daughter in law, Joan Olsen Alford.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00AM on Saturday, September 1, 2018 at Annunciation Catholic Church, 5370 Kiln Delisle Rd, Kiln, MS 39556. A visitation will be held on Saturday, September 1, 2018 from 10:00AM until service time at the church.
