Virginia Fay Milligan

Virginia Fay Milligan, 62, of Slidell, LA was born March 26, 1952 in Marks, MS passed away on Wednesday, August 13th, 2014 in Bay St. Louis where she considered herself a MS resident. She is survived by on son Benjamin George Milligan; one sister, Betty Ruth Brent; one brother, William ""Kirby"" Tenhet; three nieces, one nephew, one great nephew, seven nieces, one great great nephew, and one great great niece. She is preceded in death by her parents and eldest sister, Shirley Ann York. Memorial services will follow at a later date.
