Vickie Mitrisin

Vickie Laverne Mitrisin, age 72, of Ocean Springs, passed away on September 24, 2018 in Biloxi, MS.
She was born in Monterey, California to Dewey and Grace Lindsey. She graduated High School in 1965 in Pensacola, FL and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting from the University of Tennessee at Martin. She worked as an accountant for a number of different companies until retiring in 2011.
She is survived by her husband of 46 years, Michael Mitrisin, of Ocean Springs; one brother, Ronald Lindsey (Sandra) of Ocean Springs; two nephews, John and Matthew; two nieces, Jennifer and Samantha; and nine great-nieces and great-nephews.
She is preceded in death by both of her parents.
She had been a member of New Life Family Church in Biloxi for the past 16 years, where she took care of the nursery. She enjoyed traveling and camping with her husband, Mike.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 28, 2018 from 9:00 - 10:30 AM at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 13872 Lemoyne Blvd. West Jackson County. Funeral services will be at 10:30 AM in the funeral home chapel. Interment will be at Biloxi National Cemetery.
