She was preceded in death by her parents, Floyd and Sally Reynolds.
She is survived by her husband, Jack Lovell of Gulfport; daughter, Sheila Bowen of Cape Charles, VA; brother, Floyd Reynolds, Jr. of Virginia; and two sisters, Abby and Sherry.
Vicki was of the Catholic Faith.
