Tina Holston Breland

Tina Marie Holston Breland, 42, passed away on Wednesday, October 21, 2015 at her home surrounded by her close family and friends, after a long and brave fight against pancreatic cancer at the age 42. Tina was born on June 29, 1973 to Hollis Ray Holston and Nancy Demoran in Gulfport, MS. Tina Graduated from Harrison Central High School in 1991 then completed college to become a MS board certified court reporter and a member of the National Court Reporters Association and worked for the State of MS as a court reporter. Tina is survived by her loving husband of 23 years, Doug Breland of McHenry; 2 children, Cody and Natalie Breland of McHenry; father, Hollis Ray Holston of Saucier; mother, Nancy Demoran of Diamondhead; brothers, Tony Holston (Sorina) of Saucier and Ray Holston (Joann) of McHenry; many loving nephews and nieces; her cousin Carrie Walters who was more like a sister, along with numerous family and friends by whom she was greatly loved. The family would like to thank Dr. Wall and nurses at Memorial Hospital Cancer Center for helping Tina fight her amazing battle with cancer. We will always be grateful for their caring and compassion for Tina. 2 Timothy 4-7 I have fought the good fight, I have finished the course, I have kept the faith.
Funeral service will be 1:30pm Friday, October 23, 2015 at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport. A visitation will begin at 11:00am until service time.
