Timothy Lancaster Thomas, born on July 13, 1961, peacefully passed away on September 3, 2024, in Gulfport, Mississippi. He is survived by his beloved wife of 27 years, Keelie D. Thomas, his son, Michael Bonsky, his sister Sheridan Thomas Hester, and his cherished grandchild Jacob Anton Bonsky.
Timothy was a dedicated supporter of veterans, finding joy in assisting his wife and fellow members of the VFW Auxiliary 424. His commitment to honoring those who served our country highlighted the passion and sense of duty that characterized his life.
A true sports enthusiast, Timothy had a deep love for baseball, proudly supporting the Tampa Bay Rays. His interests extended to golf, hockey, and football, with many fond memories created around these beloved pastimes. Timothy's passion for golf, in particular, was notable; he spent countless hours perfecting his swing, and his friends and family can take comfort in the thought that he now enjoys the ultimate round on the heavenly golf course.
In addition to sports, Timothy had a profound appreciation for bluegrass music and was skilled at playing the mandolin. He often found joy in watching old television shows, which brought laughter and nostalgia to his evenings. A man never of harsh word, his kind soul brought him closer to everyone he was around.
Timothy devoted his life to serving the Lord, embodying compassion and kindness in all his endeavors. While he has been reunited with his late parents, Finis and Helen Thomas, we celebrate the beautiful moments shared with him and the legacy of love he leaves behind. May he rejoice in eternal peace and glory, basking in the warmth of those who have gone before him.
