Mr. Thomas, age 76 passed away on Tuesday, March 10, 2020 in Biloxi.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Gilbert and Mamie (Kimberl) Hale.

He is survived by his children, Pam (Vincent) Cecatiello, Tom (Dawn) Hale, and Gary Hale; and his grandchildren.
