Thelma Mauffray, age 94 and a resident of Wiggins, died on Wednesday, May 24, 2006 in Lucedale, MS.
Mrs. Mauffray was a native of the Mississippi Gulf Coast and had been a resident of Wiggins for the past 30 years. She was also a member of Vardaman Street Baptist Church in Wiggins.
Mrs. Mauffray is preceded in death by her husband, Asa L. Mauffray; her parents, Mr. & Mrs. Ellis Webb and her sisters, Callie Irvine, Annie Pace, and Leona Smith.
Mrs. Mauffray is survived by her loving daughter and son-in-law, Linda & R.L. Stewart of Wiggins; her two grandchildren, Lee Stewart of Saucier and Glenn Ray Stewart of Wiggins and three great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held on Saturday, May 27, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. at Gulf Coast Funeral Homes, Inc., Three Rivers Road Chapel in Gulfport, friends may vist one hour prior to the service.
