Thelma Madere "Big T" DeShazo

Thelma Madere DeShazo, 89 years old, also known as ""Big T"", died Wednesday, December 18, 2013 in Diamondhead.
Big T was married to Hugh Angelo DeShazo, who died on August 15, 1990. She was also preceded in death by her father Norman Madere, her mother, Althea Madere, and six siblings.
She is survived by her daughters, Annette DeShazo Fourcade and Marsha Ann Fouquet (Louis H. Fouquet Jr.); six grandchildren, Gaynell Rose Ross (Kenneth), Dominick Joseph Alongi (Katherine), Desiree Lynda Tharpe (Randal), Chad William DeShazo (Dawn), Louis H. Fouquet III and Hugh Fouquet; eleven great-grandchildren; brother, Dennis Madere; two sisters, Adele Costello and Betty Heidmann; and her loving companion ""Angelo.""
Friends are invited to a Celebation of Life and Memorial Gathering at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, December 21st at the family residence in Diamondhead.
