Terry Levens

CW3 Terry Van Levens, U.S. Army, Ret., age 71, of Gulfport, passed away on April 23, 2018.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Phyllis Levens; and his parents, Louis and Virgie Levens.
He is survived by his son, Michael (Shelia) Levens; his siblings, Sylvia (Barnett Ratcliff) Welch, Ronnie (Shirley) Levens, Margaret Woods, Kathy Dufrene, Carlie Levens, Barry (Maureen) Levens, and Randee Arbuckle; 3 grandchildren, Zackary, Tera, and Hailey; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
Mr. Levens served as a helicopter pilot in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War and later retired as a CW3.  He then worked as a helicopter pilot for ChevronTexaco and retired in 2007.  Terry enjoyed working on his antique car and truck and spending time with his family.
Visitation will be on Sunday, April 29, 2018, from 12 - 2 pm at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport.  The funeral service will be at 2 pm in the funeral home chapel.  Interment will be in Pine Ridge Gardens.
