Terry Edward Lee

Terry Edward Lee, born on February 21, 1944, in Nashville, Tennessee, passed away peacefully on Monday, January 5, 2026, in Biloxi, Mississippi.

Terry lived a life full of passion and dedication, marked by his exceptional career in B-52 Aircraft Maintenance, Sales, Graphic Arts, and Farming. He was frequently recognized for being outstanding in his field. A proud veteran, Terry served in the United States Air Force, exemplifying a commitment to duty and honor. His work was not just a job; it was a reflection of his values and character.

Outside of his professional life, Terry enjoyed a variety of hobbies and interests, particularly his love for cars, road trips, and music. A true aficionado, he found joy in the melodies of Willie Nelson and cherished everything related to music. Terry's spirited personality was evident to all who knew him. He lived hard, loved hard, and rode hard, leaving a lasting imprint in the hearts of his loved ones. As he would often say, "Turn out the lights ... the party's over," a phrase that captures his vibrant essence and zest for life. He wanted his family and friends to know he loved them and his closing words are “Turn out the lights… the party’s over… for me. My family and friends need to pick up the tempo and take it on home”.

He is survived by his sons, Terry E. Lee, Jr., James Matthew Lee, and Scott Charles Lee; his brother, Kenneth R. Lee; his grandchildren, Caycee Albright, Jacob Lee, Savannah Gomez and Wyatt Lee; his great-grandchildren, Julian Albright, Vivian Mohiitt, Carter Lee, and Joy Lynn Gomez; his niece, LeAnne Cook; his nephews, Michael Lewis, Mark Lewis, Tracy Fisher, and Andrew Williams; his extended family of Alex Mullen, Tanya Mullen, Brittany Berry, Anne Berry and Lisa Lee; as well as other loving family members and friends who will carry his spirit forward.

Terry was preceded in death by his parents, Louis Edward Lee and Effie Lee; and his sisters, Barbara Lewis, Joan Brinkley, and Norma Williams. His legacy of kindness and love will be remembered by all who were fortunate enough to know him.
