Susanna Gullett Faircloth, age 91, of Biloxi, MS, passed away on Sunday, February 15, 2026, at Memorial Hospital, Gulfport, MS.

Susanna was born and raised in Manatee County, Florida. She lived many different places in her adult life including Ithaca, NY; Novi, MI; Columbia, SC; Kansas City, MO; Ackerman, MS, and Biloxi, MS. She attended Madison College in Madison, TN, where she completed a secretarial course. She worked as an executive secretary throughout her life at Columbia Bible College (CIU) and Servant’s Missionary Service (SMS) which was her and her husband’s nonprofit.

She loved the beach, gardening, birding, and playing games with friends and family. She was an avid quilter and made quilts for everyone she loved. She was an active member of her churches and local quilt guild.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Asa A. Gullett and Frances L. Gullett; her husband of 53 years, Ronald Faircloth; her sisters, Daisy Bryant, Mary Muncey, Martha Dixon, and Jane Mathews; and her brothers Benjamin, Augustus, Frank, and Flint.

She is survived by her children, Kathleen Davenport, Gregory (Jill) Faircloth, and Ronald (Linda) Faircloth; her grandchildren, Susanna (T.J.) Riddell, Elizabeth Hamilton, Margaret Davenport, Noah (Jada) Davenport, Caroline (Tristan) White, Ashley (Allan) Kerner, Alex (Katelyn) Faircloth, Bryan Dickinson, Stephen (Lindsey) Dickinson, and Skyler Smith; her great-grandchildren, Jase, Maizy, Rosemary, and Eva Riddell; Parker, Aaron, and Jackson Hamilton; Asa Davenport; Tyler and Skylan Kerner; Avery and Walker Dickinson; and Giovonni Smith; and her siblings, Evelyn Graves, Paul (Jane), and James (Belva) Gullett. She also leaves behind many beloved nieces, nephews, and friends all over the country.

She lived a full and joyful life in service to others and devotion to the Lord and her family. Her friends and family will miss her radiant smile, sharp wit, strength, and sass. 1 John 3:2 “Beloved, we are God’s children now; what we will be has not yet been revealed. What we do know is this: when he is revealed, we will be like him, for we will see him as he is.”

The family will have a graveside service at 11:00 A.M. in French Camp Cemetery in French Camp, MS, on Saturday, February 21, 2026, with a reception to follow at Chester Baptist Church in Chester, MS.
