Susan Mollett, age 59, of Biloxi, passed away peacefully on August 22, 2026, surrounded by the love of her family.

A native of Arkansas, Susan made her home in Biloxi, where she built a life centered around the people and animals she loved. She earned an Associate of Arts in General Studies from Mississippi Gulf Coast Community College and devoted 20 years to working in the casino industry before retiring.

Susan had a kind heart and a special compassion for animals. She also enjoyed attending Coast Con and treasured the moments she shared with her family. Above all, Susan will be remembered as a devoted wife, loving mother, and proud grandmother. Her family was the center of her world, and the love she gave them will remain in their hearts forever.

Susan was preceded in death by her parents, Rubin and Charlein Mollett, and her sister, Carolyn Mollett.

Left to cherish her memory are her loving husband of 33 years, Anthony Durham; her children, Christopher Belden and Morgan Smith; her beloved grandchildren, Asher Smith and Adeline Smith; and her brother, Destric Williams.

Although Susan’s time with those she loved was far too short, the kindness she shared, the memories she created, and the love she gave so freely will never be forgotten.

No services are planned at this time. The family requests that memorial contributions be made to the Humane Society in Susan’s memory, honoring her lifelong love for animals.
