Long Beach

Stuart Eugene Favre, a beloved figure in the community, passed away on August 5, 2025, in Long Beach, MS. Born on August 23, 1971, Stuart touched the lives of many with his unwavering spirit, zest for life, and a sense of humor that could brighten even the darkest days.

Stuart graduated from St. Stanislaus in 1991, where he undoubtedly left a lasting impression on his peers and teachers alike. He dedicated himself to a career at O'Rielly's in Long Beach, contributing not only his hard work but also his infectious laughter that filled the workplace with warmth.

His journey through life was not without challenges; at the tender age of 16, Stuart faced the adversity of paralysis. Undeterred, he exhibited remarkable resilience and determination, relearning how to navigate life while still committed to his education. His perseverance became a testament to his character, as he conquered obstacles with grace, ultimately becoming an inspiration to all who knew him. His proudest accomplishment was emerging from these trials as a wonderful man, sought after for his wisdom and kindness.

Stuart had a profound love for cooking, a passion that brought joy not only to himself but to those fortunate enough to savor his culinary creations. He shared this love and his laughter with everyone around him, forging bonds that would last a lifetime.

In life, Stuart was surrounded by those who adored him. He is survived by his sister, Sheila Favre Blanton; his adored nieces and nephews, Dakota, Harley, Katharine Favre, Hunter, River, and Ryder; and he cherished the companionship of his two dogs, Sweet Pea and Darling, whom he lovingly referred to as his daughters. He considered Charles Cox and Kipper Thomas as brothers, as well as Jeneane Wendling as a sister, all of whom enriched his life in immeasurable ways.

Stuart is now reunited with his deceased family members: his father, Clyde Favre, Sr.; his mother, Olivia Favre; his half-brother, Clyde Favre, Jr.; and his niece, Brianna Favre Blanton. Their bond continues, now joined in a place of peace.

Stuart will always be remembered for his esteeming qualities: his strength, his humor, and his love for life. While he has departed from our physical presence, he remains forever instilled in our hearts and memories. As we honor his legacy, may we find comfort knowing that he is with his beloved parents, smiling down upon us with pride. Let us cherish the moments we shared, reflecting on the impact he made and the laughter he spread.
