Steven Wayne Deiorio

Mr. Steven Wayne Deiorio, age 74, passed away on Friday, March 24, 2023, at his home in Vancleave.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Carolyn Aldridge Deiorio; his father, Arthur Phillip Deiorio; and his mother, Mildred Lanclos Deiorio.

Survivors include his children, Susan Kulick-West (Ed), Stephanie Patricia Wheat (Charles), Shawn Deiorio, Arthur Phillip Deiorio II (Lauren),  Todd Breter and Monica Reilly (Dennis); his siblings, Joseph Anthony Deiorio (Elizabeth) and Patricia Ann Aloi (Rick); his grandchildren, Logan Kulick, Tiffany Wheat, Monica Wheat-Bragg, Kallie and Kynslie Deiorio, Codey Landry, Ashley Perkins, Devin Landry, Alexis Rose Smith, Cody Michael Smith and Emily Rose Deiorio; his great-grandchildren, Selena Blaire Wheat and Dakota Bragg, Jr.; and a host of loving nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Steven was a native of Mangum, Oklahoma, formerly of Biloxi, and a current resident of Vancleave. He attended Biloxi High School and Berkley University. Steven was an entrepreneur and retired as a Musician and a Cabinet designer & builder. Steven was a Hundred Ton Boat Captain License holder and was a long-standing coast musician. He enjoyed woodworking, playing music, hunting, fishing, scuba diving and entertaining. He was a member of Heritage United Methodist Church.

Friends are invited to join the family for visitation and services on Monday, March 27, 2023, at Heritage United Methodist Church, 4322 Popps Ferry Road, Biloxi, MS 39532. Visitation will be held from 12 Noon to 1:00 p.m., with the funeral service at 1:00 p.m.

Mr. Deiorio will be laid to rest at Floral Hills Memorial Gardens in Gulfport.
