Steven ""Steve"" J. Butler, age 49 and a resident of Biloxi passed away on Tuesday, April 12, 2016 in Biloxi.
Mr. Butler was a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, serving for 15 years. He was a professional cyclist and golfer, and jokingly considered himself a ""professional"" gambler. Steve enjoyed being funny, finding the humor, and making people smile.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Sally Ester Butler.
Steve is survived by his wife, Laura Reed Butler; children, Siobhan Butler and Keegan Grandbois; his father, Robert Anthony Butler, Sr.; his siblings, Robert Anthony Butler, Jr. and his wife Evangeline, Keith Butler, Craig Butler, and Patrick Butler; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A visitation for family and friends will be held on Friday, April 15, 2016 from 11:30 AM until 1:00 PM at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 274 Beauvoir Road, Biloxi. A procession will leave the funeral home at 1:10 PM for a graveside service with military honors at Biloxi National Cemetery.
