Spencer Bacon, age 72, went with his son Christopher Bacon to Heaven on Saturday, May 9th at 8:05pm.
Beloved son, brother, cousin, father, uncle, grandfather, and friend, Spencer fought cancer like the man of steel until his body set him free from the pain. Spencer requested no pity or sadness, he had an amazing life and was happy to be going to be with his son again.
A sunset memorial toast at Treasure Bay and burial service at Ft. Sam Houston will be set at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donating to the American Cancer Society.
