Shirley Ann Cumberland Taylor, resident of Lyman, passed January 12, 2018 and will be joining her baby son Joseph Taylor who preceded her in death in 1976.
Shirley is survived by: her parents, devoted and loving Mother Dola Cumberland and Father Wesley J. "PeeWee" Cumberland; her grown children and their families - daughter Michelle Slade, her husband Peter Slade, California, and Sidney "Boog" Taylor and Debra Schonewitz, Saucier, who brought her beloved grandchildren into her life -  Aiden Slade, Cheyenne Taylor, Christian Taylor, and Michaela Taylor, and four great grandchildren - Sawyer, Gunner, Scarlet, and Annie; her sister Kay Saucier and Mark Cumberland, both of Gulfport; and her life-long dearest friend and sister wildflower Karen Smith.  Additionally, it is important to note she was a wonderful "Aunt Shirley" to Conner, Clint, Katie, Randy, Joshua.
Her Family invites those who cared about and loved her to a Celebration of her life on Saturday, January 20, 2018 from 11am - 2pm at the Lyman Fairgrounds Community Center located at 15038 County Farm Road, Gulfport, MS.  Celebratory Service begins 11:15 a.m., Reflections & Refreshments begin at noon.
