Shirley Robinson

With her family at her side, singing and praying, Shirley Ann Hammett Robinson, age 70, left her earthly home and entered her heavenly home on Thursday, July 21, 2016.
Shirley loved serving OTHERS and worked most of her life as an officer and employee with The Salvation Army.
She was preceded in death by her mother and step-father, Minnie and Bill Andrus; father, Tom Hammett; brothers, Donnie Andrus and Wesley Hammett.
She is survived by her loving husband, of 36 years, Dallas Lee Robinson of Gulfport; 3 children, Mitchell Robinson (Kim) of New Carlisle, OH, Melissa Richardson (Todd) of Bowling Green, KY, and Scott Robinson of Bowling Green, KY; 11 grandchildren; 10 great grandchildren; 3 sisters, Betty Farve (Raymond) of Lawrence, KS, Ruth McCaleb (Michael) of Gulfport, and Linda Bosarge (Alfred) of Woolmarket; 4 brothers, Billy Hammett (Shirley) of Gulfport, Jimmy Hammett (Carol) of Long Beach, Buddy Hammett (Marilyn) of Biloxi, and Ronnie Andrus (Janice) of Gulfport; many nieces and nephews; and extended family and friends.
The Service will be held at 2:00PM on Tuesday, July 26, 2016 at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport, with the visitation beginning at 12:00PM. Burial will follow in Floral Hills Memorial Gardens.
