Shirley Jean Haynes, 86, of Biloxi, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, June 15, 2016 at Woodland Village Nursing Center in Diamondhead, MS.
Graveside services will be held on June 17, 2016 at 11 AM at the Biloxi National Cemetery, 400 Veterans Ave. Biloxi, MS.
Shirley was preceded in death by her husband of 62 years, Calvin R. Haynes SMSGT USAF Retired; parents, Earl and Goldie Halverson; 2 brothers, Victor Halverson, Robert Halverson; and 1 sister Dorothy Harding.
She is survived by her loving family, Son Michael (Janet) Haynes; brother, Earl (Julie) Halverson; 3 sister-in-law's, Elizabeth Haynes, Marian Pruitt, Francis Halverson; and numerous nieces and nephews. The family wishes to thank the nurses and staff of Woodland Village Nursing Center, Notre Dame Hospice Care and especially Dr. Latonya Wilder at Memorial Hospital of Gulfport.
