Shirleen Stone, age 80 and a resident of Biloxi passed away on Monday, November 10, 2014 in Ocean Springs.
Mrs. Stone was preceded in death by her parents, Lee and Pauline Horton; her sister, Bernadette Horton; and her husband, Charles K. Stone.
She is survived by her children, Nancy Kraus and her husband Steven of Mandeville, LA, Linda Ros and her husband Hank of Biloxi; step-son, Gregory Stone; and three grandchildren, Kevin Kraus and his wife Vicki, David Kraus, and Rachel Ros.
Mrs. Stone was a homemaker and was a great cook. She enjoyed sewing, decorating, shopping, and in her free time loved to dance.
The family would like to thank the staff of Deaconess Hospice and Caremed on Walnut Dr. in Ocean Springs for their kind and thoughtful care of our mother.
A visitation will be held from 11:00 a.m. until 1:00 p.m. on Friday, November 14, 2014 at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME in Biloxi, followed by a graveside service at 1:30 p.m. at Biloxi National Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Michael J. Fox Foundation at www.michaeljfox.org.
