Sheila Alexandra Ferguson Dijkhuizen

Sheila Alexandra Ferguson Miller Dijkhuizen, age 82, passed away October 31, 2015 in Gulfport, MS. Shelia was a nurse for over 50 years, and Administrative Supervisor at Memorial Hospital of Gulfport, MS, for over 20 years. She has also travelled the world assisting others with her nursing skills. Shelia was also a social worker in Canada and a former horse riding instructor.
She is preceded in death by her first husband, Clive Cowen Rutherford; parents, William and Mary Miller; son, Graham William Rutherford; brother, Gordon Miller; and sister, Margaret Wood Synott.
Her survivors include her two children, Susan Vinson (Murray) of Mobile, AL, and Mark Miller Rutherford (Mary Ann) of Pittsburg, PA; one daughter-in-law, Ramona Rutherford of Pottstown, PA; three grandchildren, Anthony Rutherford, Mercedes Rutherford, and Alicia Vinson; and two nephews, Alistair Wood and Jonathan Wood.
