Shaun Michael Rhea

Shaun Michael Rhea, age 37 of Long Beach, MS tragically passed away on Friday, May 31, 2024, in Memphis, TN.

Shaun was born on February 8,1987, in Gulfport, MS, and grew up on the Mississippi Gulf Coast, but later resided in North Mississippi.

He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Jerry and Ann Hosli.

Shaun is survived by his mother and stepfather, Belinda and Jeffrey Tipton; his father, Ronnie Rhea; his grandparents, Treva and Johnnie Rhea; his step grandparents, Ralph and Nell Tipton; his brother, Chad f Rhea (Daf); his sister; his sister, Tiffany Hardy (Ryan); his step-brother, Jaron Tipton (Courtney); his daughter, Madalyn Grace; his nephews, Collins, Gaines, Elias Hardy, and Kaden Tipton; his niece, Avery Tipton; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends.

He had a heart of gold and anyone who made contact with him would confirm. He was kind, funny, charismatic, hardworking, and generous. He quickly made friends wherever he went. He enjoyed cooking, being out on the water, serving others, and was an excellent fisherman. Shaun was a jack of all trades and worked in several industries including oil, construction, and sales.

Shaun’s untimely death is felt deeply by his family and those who loved him. He made an instant impact on everyone who met him and, sadly, on many more who never will. Shaun was a person you wanted on your team and in your corner. Despite his struggles, he had a servant heart and helped others even to the very end.

A memorial service will be held at Long Beach Church of Christ, 200 N Cleveland Ave, Long Beach, MS, from 4pm until 6pm, Wednesday, June 5,2024.
