Sharon ""Joanie"" Olsen, 67, of Biloxi, passed away on Tuesday, November 19, 2013 in Biloxi.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Aubrey Parker and Lilly Pauline Parker; and her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Arthur and Helen Olsen.
Joanie is survived by her loving husband of thirty-six years, Howard G. Olsen of Biloxi; her children, Robbin Steuart of Ann Arbor, MI, Duane Olsen (Som) of Biloxi, James Pickett (Julie) of Gulfport, Shane Olsen of Biloxi, and John Pickett (Tina) of Elkhart, IN; her brothers, Ray Parker and Ronnie W. Parker, both of Biloxi; her twelve grandchildren; and her three great grandchildren.
Joanie was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother. She enjoyed fishing and lived life her own way. Her family was very special to her. She was a member of the Elks and the Red Hat Society.
The funeral service will be held on Friday, November 22, 2013 at 3:00 PM at the RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Road, Gulfport, with a visitation for family and friends one hour prior to the service.
