She was preceded in death parents, Cyril Washer, Jr. and Leontine Ziegler Washer; brothers, Cyril Washer, III and Ray Washer; twin sister, Katherine Heaton; grandson, Elijah Salcido; mother-in-law, Mary Rita Miller.
She is survived by her loving husband of 37 years, Richard Miller; daughters, Lisa Salcido (Scott) and Melissa Miller; grandchildren, Emily, Braden, Ethan and Evan; brothers, Tommy Washer, Michael Washer, David Washer and Douglas Washer; sisters, Patricia Ward, Carolyn Dailey, Beth Fields, and Barbara Cohen; father-in-law, Richard Miller, Sr.; many beloved nieces, nephews, family and friends.
