Sarah P. O'Hanlon, of Diamondhead, MS, passed away on Thursday, September 17, 2026, at the age of 84.

Born on September 18, 1941, to Michael Monaghan and Margaret King Monaghan in Galway, Ireland.

She is preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Martin Monaghan.

She is survived by her husband of 57 years, Thomas O'Hanlon; daughter, Tara Talbot; sister, Eileen Coyne, and her 4 children and grandchildren; brother, Frank Monaghan, and his 2 children and grandchildren; brother, Michael Monaghan, and his 2 children and grandchild; brother, Christopher Monaghan, and his son and grandchildren; and her grandchildren, Alyssa Talbot and Jaden Talbot; she is also survived by her grand dog, Ruthie, who loved to be by her side. 

Sarah will be lovingly remembered as a devoted wife, loving mother, and the best grandmother ever. She devoted her life to God and her family. She will be forever missed. 

Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 23, 2026, with visitation one hour prior at Most Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Pass Christian.
