Sandra McClendon

Sandra Jean McClendon, age 66, passed away June 10, 2014 in Gulfport, MS.
She was preceded in death by her mother, Bonnie Jean Kinerd and her father, Frank George Perschall.
Sandra is survived by her husband, Joseph P. McClendon and two brothers, Don Perschall and Denny Perschall, both of New Orleans, LA.
Sandra was born in New Orleans, LA and raised in Metairie, LA. She attended High School in Metairie, LA and earned a Bachelor of Science in Radiology at LSUNO/Charity Hospital in New Orleans, LA and a Masters in Radiology Administration at the University of South Florida in Tampa, FL. She worked in Nuclear Medicine, Radiology Imaging and Radiology Management all of her life. She was employed at Charity Hospital in New Orleans, LA; Touro Infirmary in New Orleans, LA; VA Medical Center in Tampa, FL; Slidell Memorial Hospital in Slidell, LA and the VA Medical Center in Biloxi, MS.
Sandra loved to travel. She was an avid sailing and boating enthusiast. She was a home maker and loved her new home.
Friends are invited to visit with the family on Tuesday, June 17, 2014 at RIEMANN FAMILY FUNERAL HOME, 11280 Three Rivers Rd., Gulfport from 10:00am until the service at 12:00pm.
