Sandra Lee Stewart

Sandra Lee Stewart, 85 of Gulfport, MS passed away on Saturday, October 28, 2023 at her home surrounded by her family.  She was born on April 23, 1938 in Atlanta, GA to the late Holland & Mary Stewart.  She is preceded in death by her parents; husband, Warner “Bud” Stewart; son, Samuel Stewart; and sister, Trena Wright.

Sandra had a beautiful voice and loved to sing Gospel Songs.  She could make several crafts, from crochet to artistic designs.  Sandra obtained her Registered Nurses Degree from Erlanger Hospital in Chattanooga, TN.  She served as an RN for over 40 years which included Military Hospitals around the world.  Her and husband located to the Gulf Coast where they resided for the last 57 years.  Sandra was a devoted, wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.  She will be missed by all who knew and loved her.

Sandra is survived by her sons, Dennis (Becky) Stewart, and Charles (Diana) Stewart; grandchildren, Brandi Stone, Savannah Stewart, Victoria Stuart, Samantha Gooch, and Cody Gooch; great grandchildren, Makenzie, Amelia, and Charles; Siblings, Linda Smith, Karla Greene, and Michael Stewart.  Sandra also leaves behind to cherish her memory a host of extended family and friends.

Services are Pending.  Riemann Funeral Home- Gulfport Chapel is assisting the family.
