Sally Anne
Conley
Mar 26, 1940 — Aug 3, 2026
Ocean Springs
Sally Anne Conley, age 86 of Ocean Springs, passed away on Monday, August 3, 2026.
She was preceded in death by her loving husband of 68 years, John E. Conley; her parents, Rudolf and Anne Roethel; her sister, Rosanne Scully; her brother, Rudolf Roethel, Jr. and her niece.
Sally is survived by her daughters, Maryanne Coke, Kathleen Conley and Millie Rivers; seven grandchildren; eight great grandchildren and one on the way and six nieces and nephews.
Born and raised on Long Island, New York, Sally graduated from high school before beginning the next chapter of her life. While living in New York, she met the love of her life, John, and together they shared 68 wonderful years of marriage. As a military wife, Sally embraced the adventures of moving across the country before they eventually made the Mississippi Gulf Coast their home.
Sally was a devoted homemaker who created a warm and loving home for her family. She found joy in gardening and cake decorating, but her greatest happiness came from spending time with her children and, especially, her beloved grandchildren. Her unwavering Christian faith guided her throughout her life and was evident in the kindness, love, and compassion she showed to others.
Sally was deeply loved by her family and friends and will be profoundly missed. Though she is no longer with us, her love, her legacy, and the cherished memories she leaves behind will remain in our hearts forever.
